Risottos

Our risottos have been prepared with an accurate selection of the ingredients: particular attention is reserved to the choice of the raw materials used, such as the Carnaroli rice of best quality, which flavour is given by the mixture of aromatic herbal and excellent dry vegetables which are added to it.  This combination gives to our specialities food an unique taste and also easy and fast to prepare.
