The herbs

 

In the Maiella National Park the flavours and the perfumes give you a feeling of healthiness and happiness. 

Parsley, basil, sage, thyme, juniper, bay, oregano, garlic and chilli pepper are always protagonists of the best flavoured plates of our territory and of the Mediterranean cookery - and it is always to be remembered - that they are rich with the active principles and essential oils which are particularly beneficial for our health. 

We want to give description of the herbs used in our mixtures, so that the consumers can have replies to their curiosities.
