Meatballs with herbs
Ingredients for 4 people

600 gr of minced veal meat

500 gr of new potatoes

1 egg
-
1 bread roll
-
½ glass of milk
-
2 white onions
-
50 gr of butter

extra virgin olive oil

4 spoons of Roast dressing "Fior di Maiella"

Scrape the potatoes with a knife, wash and salt them, then put in a pan and cook . Strain them and then cut them in half, wet the bread roll in milk and wrink well, then add
to the minced meat and to the egg, add the Roast Dressing and make small meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a lot of boiling hot olive oil , after cooked absorve the oil with the
kitchen paper. Cut the onions into slices and fry them slightly in the frying pan with extra virgin olive oil, add salt and serve them with the meatballs.
