Baked gilthead bream fish with potatoes and baby tomatoes

1 gilthead bream fish of1 kg

6 medium potatoes

6 baby tomatoes

extra virgin olive oil

Fish Dressing "Fior di Maiella"

Open and clean the fish, rinse well and dry. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into slices. Wash the baby tomatoes and cut them in half. Put some extra virgin olive oil in a casserole and place the potatoes which you have seasoned with the Fish Dressing. Spread the Fish Dressing on the cooked fish and put all around the cutted baby tomatoes, add a little oil.
Cook in a pre warmed oven for 30-35 minutes at 200°C.
